Come experience the state-of-the-art technology and amenities for your event at the Horizon Financial Center! We have several packages depending on whether you are booking for your next corporate presentation, seminar, social function, or other special event.
The Seminar Theater is equipped with the latest technology and gagets, and can comfortably hold up to 85 occupants. Digital presentations can be viewed via high-quality front and rea projection screens; the dual screen capability with built-in multi-site presentation software and ceiling mounted camera allows for recorded feeds to be streamed to overflowconference rooms and via internet webcasts. The intergrated teleconferencing and sound system enables multiple wireless mircrophone capability and encoder for simultaneous cideo, audio and data streaming. An Interactice Whiteboard facilitates capturing notes and drawings with the capacity to print out hardcopies for participants. All technoloty functions are conveniently controlled through a centralized 10 inch touch screen control system.
Our Conference and Banquet Rooms are the ideal location for company gatherings and meetings. Expandable to accommodate 120 people for large gatherings these rooms are equipped with a front projection screen and ceiling mounted projector, controlled via a centralized control system. Each room may be utilized as an overflow setting for an event in the Seminar Theater or may be used independently. Our management team excels at coordinating your every desire to make your event a memorable one, and contracted catering services allow you to customize your event to meet your specific needs.
