Due to our exceptional success and incredible agents/brokers, three buildings are being constructed along the Wasatch Front of the Rocky Mountains in Utah. Each building is strategically located near Utah's highly traveled I-15 corridor.  Our new locations will provide much needed office space and facilities for our growing team. These new buildings will help us better accommodate our Utah-based agents/brokers—and allow for better service and support to our agents/brokers located across the United States.

Horizon Financial To Construct Three Financial Centers

Bountiful, Utah - Dee A. Randall, president of Horizon Financial & Insurance Agency announces the construction of three new Horizon Financial Centers to be located in Sandy, Utah; South Ogden, Utah; and Davis County, Utah.

"We have a unique vision for these Horizon Financial Centers," says Randall, "not only are they going to house our agents and support staff, but we'll also open them up to the community, especially our Horizon Financial Center I in Sandy. We want them to be community gathering places." The Sandy facility will include a large presentation room with theater-style seating and ample conference space available for rent.

Horizon Financial Center I, designed by Gould/Evans Architects, is currently under construction at 9890 South 300 West, Sandy, Utah. Rimrock Construction is the contractor, and completion of the building is expected in October 2006.T

The three-story building is expected to house numerous Horizon Financial agents and support staff. Additional space will be available for lease.

"A novel aspect of this first building is the 85-seat indoor theater," says Randall. "We see the Horizon Financial Center Theater being used for all sorts of gatherings including political meetings, community theater, seminars, and special events. It's really open to the imagination of the community."
In addition, the building features open and expandable conference rooms seating up to 120 for banquets, receptions, classes, community gatherings and parties.

An attractive courtyard and patio is an additional amenity for spring and summer receptions and gatherings.

Randall's staff can provide catering and state-of-the-art audio/visual support as well. The building will be a WI-FI Hot Spot and includes the latest high-tech engineering.

"We're accepting reservations", says Randall. Anyone in the Sandy/Riverton area or anywhere else in the south valley should call 888-434-8824 for information and pricing.

Horizon Financial Center II and III are on the drawing boards, but will include office space only. Land has been secured and construction is set to begin later this year in South Ogden, near the intersection of Highway 89 and Harrison Boulevard. "This is an exploding commercial and business area and we're fortunate to be able to locate there," says Randall. Surplus office space will be available for lease.

Land has also been secured in Fruit Heights, in Davis County, Utah, and will be announced later this year.
